AfriDirect is a membership and trade development platform. It does not guarantee transactions, financing, profit, government approvals, regulatory approvals, legal outcomes, logistics performance, or counterparty performance.

  • All members and applicants are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide.
  • Trade opportunities remain subject to professional legal, tax, financial, technical, compliance, and regulatory review.
  • AfriDirect may decline, suspend, or remove participants who violate conduct standards or misrepresent authority.
  • Final website terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.
